When it comes to history on Cape Cod not many can boast about it like the Nickersons can.  Twelve generations and counting in Chatham Massachusetts, starting with Chatham's first settler over 300 years ago.  "You could say we have been building homes here for over 300 years."  Our families heritage is well known in Chatham and our business ethics reflect that. 

 

Steven Nickerson Building & Remodeling was formed in 1981 and we have been building homes ever since.  With the reputation that we have developed over the years it is not surprising to see not only the number of homes we have built, but also the number of homes we have built for the children of our clients.
