The best part about Breakwater Beach is you can always find a spot. Even in the peak of summer, you won’t bump elbows with neighbors like other beaches. Though the low amount of people that frequent this beach means there aren’t commodities like snack bars, but can usually hear an ice cream truck pass by.
Breakwater Beach is more than just your average shoreline in this state filled with them. During low tide, the sands can stretch out for almost a mile. This makes it the absolute perfect time to walk around and explore the numerous tidal pools filled with crabs, shells, and small fish are revealed at that time.
